- Yes. We come out, climb up, document everything, and give you a full report. No charge. If you need work done, we'll give you a quote. If you don't, we'll tell you that too.
- What do you check during an inspection?
- Everything: shingle condition, flashing, vents, ridge caps, gutters, soffits, decking (where visible), and signs of water intrusion in the attic. You'll get photos and a plain-English report.
- How long does an inspection take?
- About 30-60 minutes depending on the size of your roof. We'll need attic access if available.
- Should I get an inspection before buying a home?
- Absolutely. A pre-purchase roof inspection can save you from inheriting someone else's roof problems. We'll give you a full condition report so you can negotiate accordingly.
- How often should I have my roof inspected?
- Every 2-3 years for roofs under 10 years old, and annually for older roofs. After any major storm, it's worth a look regardless of age.
