What do you check during an inspection?
Everything: shingle condition, flashing, vents, ridge caps, gutters, soffits, decking (where visible), and signs of water intrusion in the attic. You'll get photos and a plain-English report.
How long does an inspection take?
About 30-60 minutes depending on the size of your roof. We'll need attic access if available.
Should I get an inspection before buying a home?
Absolutely. A pre-purchase roof inspection can save you from inheriting someone else's roof problems. We'll give you a straight condition report so you can negotiate accordingly.
How often should I have my roof inspected?
